things you should know
  - i am still alive! and i am writing, but it's tricky to get anything finished due to several reasons. let's get listin'
i'm currently struggling with my a-levels, (did get 98/100 and 57/60 last  year though, so. here's hoping.)
i'm currently working every other hour known to man, because it turns out you kind of need money to survive
i'm trying to decide between going full-time or going to uni next year and duking it out with my parents is craaaazy
i'm trying to focus on original work
                                     drawing
                                     photography
trying to learn how to knit
no seriously you guys, why is knitting so difficult
also i'm really ill at the moment but that's significantly less important. i went for a chest x-ray though today to try to identify the           problem with my lungs and, well, yeah, i guess we'll see when the results come through on monday D:
if by any chance you still follow me and aren't sick to death of rubbish that i write, i'm on twitter virtually 24/7. have some linkage

summary: Chris and Dustin try to fix Mark and Eduardo. Problems arise.
“I'm not asking you to talk to him,” Chris had left on your voicemail, almost as if he knew that there would be no way for you to argue with the automated system. “I'm just asking you to consider what he has to say to you and try to not kill him in front of any photographers if you can possibly help it.”

You're trying to convince yourself that you hope Mark's had some kind of hideous non-life-threatening accident and isn't at the office...Collapse )

basically, rocket science is this tiny, tiny little indie film about this boy with a stutter who develops a crush on a girl in the school debating society. to cut a long story short, she's a total cow to him and he seeks out the king of debating [ben] in order to try to beat her in the state competitions. it's amazing. it's also the first proper little fanmix that i made, so it's very, very rough around the edges. under the cut, there's some funky little lyric sheets, and clips of the film, so check them out if you want :]

and here's the extra stuff, if you're interested!Collapse )

 Title: Practice
Pairing: JongKey
Rating: PG
Type: One-shot, ficlet
Summary: You've been staying behind after practice everyday for the past month and a half. Every single day, you've been getting up at four in the morning and going to bed at midnight. You are tired, you are hungry and you are lonely, but most importantly, you hurt.
A/N: I'm new to this. And I'm amazingly afraid about posting this.

Coffee Break: One-shot fic
Rating: PG-13
Word count: 4843
Warnings: Lestrade!fic, slash
"Deduction," he pauses slightly before continuing, the sound of the kettle boiling forcing him to raise his voice slightly. "And I watch you sometimes in the break-room."
They make their way to the sitting room, both clutching chipped mugs before sitting down. Lestrade takes a sip from his coffee before deciding on a reply. "Is that meant to reassure me?"
Mycroft raises his eyebrow. "It depends."

A/N: I'm sorry! I know, it's late and you can blame the sixth-form work, or the work experience, or the sucking-up-to-people-in-my-free-time-ness, or the boyfriend, or the rabbits, but mostly I promise you can blame me for the fact that this took what, three months and isn't nearly as good as I'd hoped it would be.
